Stores and sites, drawn from scratch for one business.

Not a theme with your logo dropped in. Every project below started as a blank page and got its own voice, layout, and buying flow — built to fit how that business actually sells. Below: storefronts, marketing sites, and the custom tools that run behind them — deliberately nothing alike.

E-commerce storefront

GridLab

gridlab.works
GridLab storefront homepage — 'The Hardware Vault', a dark industrial e-commerce site

A marketplace for restored and refurbished hardware, built to make second-hand gear feel premium instead of picked-over. Full product catalog with category filters, inventory search, and honest condition tagging, plus cart and checkout — and an in-house editorial "magazine" that turns bench notes into content. The whole brand system, from the neon workshop hero down to a custom 404, was designed to earn a technical buyer's trust.

LeadsDB

leadsdb — lead desk
LeadsDB 'lead desk' — a custom CRM web app with a lead ledger, status pills, and a detail panel

Not every job is a storefront. LeadsDB is a lead desk built for how small-team sales actually runs: capture a lead, see what's in motion, and always know the next move. A working ledger with status pills, live summary counts, and a detail panel for notes and follow-ups — a focused CRM with none of the enterprise bloat. Proof I can build the whole application, not just the pages on top. Shown with sample records; in active development.

Custom internal dashboard

Command Center

command center
A command-center dashboard — a typographic launchpad of status-tagged cards routing to each workspace

When the work sprawls across a dozen tabs and repos, a good dashboard earns its keep. This command center pulls every active workspace — client engagements, internal tools, and the public storefront — onto one typographic launchpad. Each card carries live status (open / local / soon) and routes straight to the system behind it, so the next move is always one glance away. A data-driven card model keeps it trivial to reconfigure as the work changes.

card[watch]

card[watch] — deal finder
card[watch] Deal Finder — trading-card deals scored by price spread with tier badges and score bars

A price tracker for trading-card collectors that turns a noisy market into a ranked shortlist. The Deal Finder scores every card by how far its market price sits below its low, tags it with a tier, and surfaces the best buys at a glance — backed by watchlists, a portfolio with gain/loss, and price alerts. Full-stack: a Next.js front end over a GraphQL-fronted pricing service that refreshes live data on a schedule. Shown with demo data.

//How a commission works

You get a store or site that was designed around your brand — then it's yours to run.

01 · BRIEF

We scope it

What you sell, who's buying, and the look you're after. I come back with a direction before anything gets built.

02 · BUILD

I design & build

Real pages, real products, real buying flow — drawn from scratch, not dropped into a template. You review as it takes shape.

03 · HANDOFF

You launch

Launched and handed over, yours to run, with a walkthrough so nothing about it is a black box.

Have something you want built?

Tell me what you sell and where you're stuck. I'll tell you honestly whether a custom build is the right call.
